Senior Service Delivery Manager

The role of a Managed Services Manager is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of managed services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2 and level 3 expertise on Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close, Profitability and Cost Management, Enterprise Planning & Budgeting, and Account Reconciliation.
- Lead and develop a team of managed services professionals, offering coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Evaluate adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor service performance metrics and proactively address any deviations or issues.
Requirements:
- A deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud system with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing teams within a managed services or IT services environment.
