Cradlewise aims to revolutionize the baby nursery with smart, intuitive and delightful products.

Our first product is a smart crib designed for babies from 0 to 24 months old.

The smart crib features an integrated baby monitor that detects early signs of wake-up, learns from the baby's sleep patterns and soothes the baby back to sleep with gentle rocking motions and calming music.

We are working towards creating a more efficient and effective way of caring for infants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing strong relationships with customers
  • Actively listening, empathizing and assisting customers in achieving their goals
  • Managing incoming customer inquiries and following up on chats and emails
  • Addressing, resolving and documenting customer issues related to business growth, billing and account satisfaction
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of our business model to answer customer questions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in English or Communications

  • Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly
