Senior Advertising Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Ad Sales Lead to drive the sales of our advertising solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute advertising sales strategies to meet company revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, acquire new clients, and manage existing client relationships to build long-term partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide input for product and service development.
- Collaborate with clients to create tailored advertising solutions and ensure the successful execution of ad campaigns.
- Drive overall revenue by identifying and pursuing upselling opportunities with existing clients.
Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize advertising solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback for senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably in digital advertising or media.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the advertising industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading sales teams.
- Extensive network and experience in building strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brands.
- Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and client needs to develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with ad tech platforms, CRM tools, and data-driven sales strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with programmatic advertising, native advertising, or video ad sales.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
