Key Responsibilities
The Training Manager / Assistant Manager Training will be responsible for identifying training needs across the organization, designing and implementing training programs, policies, and procedures to meet business requirements. This role will also involve:
- Reviewing existing training programs and making enhancements to improve engagement, learning, and retention;
- Acting as a mentor/coach to ensure effective training delivery and content across departments;
- Overseeing the daily deliverables of the training team;
- Conducting training on processes and products, as per functional alignment;
- Ensuring trainers adhere to the latest training content and curriculum.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in LMS management;
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and a proven track record in training delivery;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with stakeholders;
- A self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure;
- Ability to foster a sense of professionalism and relationship building, both within the team and with external partners.
