Enterprise Sales Director for IT Security Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to lead our IT Security Solutions team at Three Across.
Location: Noida or Gurgaon
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the IT security market. As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with large enterprise clients, understanding their security needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales processes from prospecting through closing, achieving revenue targets through solution-based selling in the IT security space.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customized security solutions, engaging with C-level executives to drive value-based conversations.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and generating leads in large enterprises.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our security products and services, positioning them effectively to address customer pain points.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Proven enterprise sales experience focused on IT security solutions, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as firewall, antivirus, SIEM, VPN, endpoint protection, identity & access management, cloud security, DLP, and threat intelligence.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong network of decision-makers in large enterprises.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting.
