Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of activities between teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support GAP in coordinating its activity with SgT, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Develop and track high-level monthly/weekly KPIs and analytics, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Closely work with the SgT KAM and operations team, as well as bridge with the GAP Vendors management Director, to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.
- Review the progress of the quality management program, assess vendor and factory performance on a regular basis, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the KAM team to analyze weekly/monthly KPIs and quality activity data, identifying trends and areas for growth.
- Support the creation of the monthly KPIs activity report for GAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate feedback from operations to enrich the monthly KPIs activity report, ensuring a comprehensive view of the business.
