Senior Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing independent quality audits and ensuring the accuracy of data.
The role involves conducting monthly quality reviews, validating data accuracy, analyzing error trends, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conducts regular quality reviews to ensure compliance with process SOPs and guidelines.
- Validates data accuracy and completeness, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory standards.
- Analyzes error trends, identifies root causes, and suggests corrective actions or process improvements.
- Documents QA findings and maintains accurate quality logs and reports.
- Provides timely feedback to teams and supports capability uplift.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in P&C insurance operations, with a strong focus on underwriting.
- Minimum 2+ years of audit, quality assurance, or process excellence experience, preferably in a BPO or shared service environment.
Key Skills:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret and apply underwriting guidelines and identify control gaps.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies and teams.
- Working knowledge of policy administration systems, workflow tools, and audit platforms.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple audits with tight timelines.
