Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the Bangalore region
- Identify regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders
- Drive acquisition of enterprise and mid-market clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas
- Owning and delivering revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion
- Lead negotiations and close large-value deals with regional accounts
- Manage P&L for the Bangalore region, ensuring profitability and cost optimization
- Oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region
