
Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and researching potential business leads in the USA market. This role is crucial in supporting sales efforts by building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize sales tools to research and connect with potential clients in the logistics industry.
- Maintain a database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information.
- Engage with prospects through personalized connection requests and introductory messages.
- Monitor conversations with prospects and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align prospecting strategies with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
- Prepare and share regular reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support (freshers with strong knowledge can apply).
- Familiarity with sales tools is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Ability to work independently during night hours is required.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational, and research skills are necessary.
