Real Estate Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sourcing Specialist to join our team in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in customers to understand their property needs and provide effective solutions.
- Manage extensive client relationships, liaisoning deals between the organization and clients, while cultivating networks to ensure consistent business leads and repeat business.
- Stay updated with the real estate market, gather market intelligence, and analyze trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization through proactive sales initiatives.
- Drive sales through various marketing strategies and maintain a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
- Ensure regular product and price updates to channel partners and negotiate sales transactions with interested clientele.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Confident and articulate individual with a pleasant personality and excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good understanding of consumer behavior and passion for sales.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in real estate sourcing.
