Project Delivery Specialist

Our team is seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in overseeing and executing complex real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale developments on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder management and engagement
  • Client acquisition and development
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in design conceptualization, project feasibility studies, and cost management. Additional requirements include a deep understanding of end-to-end project delivery processes, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover. Experience with vendor management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations is also desirable.

Requirements:

  • 15–20 years of experience in project management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong expertise in design conceptualization, project feasibility studies, and cost management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
