Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Channel Partner & Sourcing efforts in the real estate industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and preferably an MBA or graduate degree.

They should possess at least 12-15 years of real estate sales experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in leadership roles at reputable developers.

A key aspect of this role is to establish a robust sourcing team within 6 months, ensuring 50-70% of sales contributions come from Channel Partners, and developing a strong corporate partnership pipeline.

  • We are seeking someone who can drive Channel Partner engagement through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and leading sourcing managers/executives.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop incentive frameworks for Channel Partners aligned with sales goals.
  • Engage with top-tier Channel Partners and institutional partners to drive business activation.
  • Design and build the sourcing organization structure, including CP managers, corporate tie-up teams, and activation strategies.
Deliverables:
  • Create a structured Channel Partner meet/event calendar.
  • Establish a robust sourcing team within 6 months.
  • Ensure 50-70% of sales contributions come from Channel Partners (Ahmedabad benchmark).
  • Develop a strong corporate partnership pipeline.
