Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify requirements, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in processes and systems, applying a strategic approach.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables, fostering effective team collaboration.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication and ensuring that expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in change management processes, identifying potential impacts and developing strategies to mitigate risks, promoting a culture of innovation.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and status reports, utilizing industry-standard tools.
  • Familiarize yourself with project costs and assist in effort estimation to support project budgeting and resource allocation, making informed decisions.
  • Utilize JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability within the team, driving continuous improvement.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback, contributing to project success.
  • Support the PM Head in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices, enhancing overall efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • Proficient in documentation techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with project cost estimation and budgeting processes.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
