Candidate Profile
">The successful candidate will possess:

- A minimum of 14 years of end-to-end RCM process experience, with in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.">
- Current Associate Director or Senior Manager experience, with a proven track record of managing large teams (150+ members).">
- Strong MS Office tools expertise, including PowerPoint and Excel.">
- Ability to work flexible hours and demonstrate willingness to adapt to changing priorities.">
