
Leading Senior Business Advisor

- The ideal candidate will have an MBA with 10+ years of experience in presales & solution consulting preferably from IT products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Sales and other internal teams to create fit-for-purpose solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
- Lead complex / large / strategic opportunities with a hands-on approach to support RFPs, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, etc. to showcase the value proposition.
- Provide consultative support during the sales process, offering deep insights into solution value proposition, best practices, solution scalability, and ROI.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering insights into best practices and industry trends.
Working Closely With Cross-functional Teams:
- Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams to ensure seamless alignment on the proposed solution.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing / farming / retention strategy.
- Provide critical client feedback to Product, Research, and Content teams which could help in refining the product and content roadmap.
