Job Opportunity: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing HR systems, specifically Oracle HCM, and possess strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end deployment, updating, and customization of Oracle HCM modules for all business units.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop training materials, user guides, and plan for pilots, testing, and user support for HR professionals and other business users.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR products and internal communication.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented technology solutions and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  • 12-15+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems / Supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
