Seeking a highly skilled professional to work closely with our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Finance department to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs using Power BI.
  • Lead or support ERP implementation projects and ensure smooth integration with finance processes.
  • Manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.
  • Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
  • Train Finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior experience in a law firm, professional services, or consulting environment.
  • Exposure to automation of finance workflows and process improvements.
  • Experience working with SQL or other data sources for reporting.
