Job Title: HR Systems Administrator

  • Role Overview:

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our HR systems architecture. This role ensures our global HR platforms operate smoothly, data remains accurate, and our systems support both strategic and operational HR needs across the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • HR Systems Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR).
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms. Collaborate with HR data analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable HR reports and dashboards.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR and IT teams to ensure HR technology aligns with company-wide system architecture. Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other business units on cross-functional processes and system touchpoints.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials. Train HR team members and end users on system updates, new features, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR systems administration within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SaaS-based HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, talent management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integrations, project management, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
