Human Resources Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead our HR and Administration team in India.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish effective HR and Office Administration strategies and policies in India.
  • Develop and implement HR plans that align with the company's vision and business objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing HR team to foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Design and execute talent acquisition processes to drive diversity and inclusion.
  • Implement innovative employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain performance management systems to drive productivity.
  • Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits strategy to ensure competitiveness.
  • Manage HR budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Provide strategic support to senior leadership on organizational change and growth.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Talent Acquisition Overview

  • Lead a team of internal recruiters to support all hiring activities in APAC.
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine job descriptions and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Track and report on recruitment progress to meet hiring targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in HR, including 5 years at managerial level.
  • Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
