Job Title:

A seasoned Oracle HCM professional is needed to spearhead the implementation, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM modules globally.

About this Role:
  • This key position will drive digital adoption across the enterprise by managing a team of consultants and collaborating with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end deployment/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementations and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop training materials, user guides, and provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth system adoption.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to facilitate technology adoption.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are highly desirable.
  • 12-15+ years of experience in implementing HR systems, specifically with Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations across multiple modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services functions.
