We are seeking a Program Implementation Specialist to support our educational initiatives.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring quality programs in assigned regions. They will optimize the usage and improve educational infrastructure, including libraries, computer labs, and classrooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning:
  • Develop and implement effective program plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Infrastructure Development:
  • Enhance educational facilities, including functional libraries, computer labs, and energized classrooms.
  • Process Activation:
  • Activate critical processes in schools, such as sports, assembly schedules, libraries, and student-centered activities.
  • Academic Operations:
  • Sustain smooth academic and co-scholastic operations throughout the year.
  • Financial Management:
  • Assist in formulating annual operating plans and submitting monthly budget provisions.
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Support the recruitment of academic mentors/trainers in consultation with HR.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Nurture and liaise with stakeholders, including community members, parents, government bodies, and authorities, to build long-term partnerships.

The successful candidate will possess strong project coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in education program implementation.
