OMP Consultant

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful implementation and coordination of our product application kit with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include conducting calls, composing instructions, and configuring devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will ensure end-to-end planning and coordinated communication between all scrum teams, squads, and shared teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Release Change Control: leading technical installations and tracking software versions and configurations.
  • Effective communication and reporting of status and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Project commitments: planned, integrated, and met across Platform and Product Managers, scrum masters, and shared teams.
  • Removing impediments impacting cross-scrum and shared teams.
  • Driving process, cadence, and ceremonies across scrum and shared teams.
  • Feature Integration/Program Integration reviews with stakeholders.
  • Protecting teams from outside tasking and interacting with scrum masters.
Required Skills:
  • First-rate communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written, and the ability to influence non-technical and technical staff.
  • Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with other experts and teams.
  • Ability to work at both macro and micro levels as appropriate to the audience.
  • Result orientation and sense of urgency.
  • Creative problem-solving.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience managing projects using agile methodologies.
  • 5+ years in large enterprise matrix organizations.
  • Certification in areas of expertise.
