Job Opportunity: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

This exciting job opening is for an experienced Oracle functional consultant to lead the implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) and manage projects globally.

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end deployment, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM modules. They will drive digital adoption firm-wide by managing a team of consultants and collaborating with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure the successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation process for all modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan pilots, provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.

Experience:

  • 12-15+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations across multiple modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
