Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist Role

This position involves leveraging extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management to deliver high-quality solutions. A key responsibility will be overseeing the end-to-end implementation of various HCM modules, including payroll, core HR, absence management, and talent management.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of these solutions, utilizing business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design expertise. Additionally, they will develop detailed functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions, and perform rigorous system testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  2. Leverage technical expertise to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
  3. Develop detailed specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  4. Perform thorough system testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  5. Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  7. Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications and solutions.
  8. Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on the functional aspect.
  2. Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  6. Oracle certifications are highly valued.
