A highly skilled Relationship Development Manager is required to lead the development and implementation of customer relationship strategies that foster loyalty and retention. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences.
This full-time, on-site position is based in Gurugram, India, and involves analyzing customer data, managing CRM software, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills for data analysis and insights, excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration, and experience in sales and market segmentation.

Requirements
