  • Implement effective resolutions and address complex issues related to consultants.
  • Advise and influence management on employee relations decisions to ensure an exceptional experience for consultants.
  • Evaluate and review employment decisions in response to colleague concerns.
  • Generate business leads through referrals and redeployment by networking with consultants.
  • Design and implement trend analysis and ER metrics models.
  • Directly handle highly complex ER matters and investigations.
  • Partner with service delivery managers to leverage business leads and increase consultant retention.
