Roles and Responsibilities

**Job Summary**

This is a highly collaborative role that requires a strong ability to build relationships with community members, local businesses, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail.

  • Build a positive and inclusive community environment that fosters collaboration and engagement among members.
  • Organize regular events and activities to bring members together, such as new member introduction brunches, mixers, and socials.
  • Work closely with local businesses to plan and execute engagement events that benefit both the community and the businesses.
  • Measure and analyze community feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  • Ensure that the front desk is always staffed by a community team member who can provide exceptional customer service and support to members.
  • Conceptualize and execute community initiatives that promote relationship-building among members, such as events and workshops.
  • Introduce new members to the existing community of members and facilitate their integration into the community.
  • Manage billing and check-in/check-out processes for members who require hourly or day-pass services.
  • Conduct tours of the CoWrks center for potential new members and answer any questions they may have.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members at all times, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage the CoWrks membership waiting list and ensure that all members are enrolled on the CoWrks app.
  • Gather data on members' business objectives and identify member services that could help other members achieve their goals.
  • Supervise in-building events to ensure compliance with house rules and escalate any issues that may arise.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as community management, event planning, or sales and marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, communications, or sociology.
