Job Title: Customer Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled customer care representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and experience in B2B as well as B2C international customer service domains.

The role involves effective coordination with Australian customers and stakeholders, including fiber order management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the single point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
  • Conducting accurate feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, ensuring strict adherence to client standards and guidelines throughout the qualification process.
  • Responsibilities include Order and contract creation, follow up and maintaining end-to-end visibility of order status.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder engagement (including end customers, Field teams, design teams and building authorities), ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication.
  • Ensuring 100% Quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables.
  • Generating daily dashboards on order status and updating customers as per the agreed process.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong Communication skills, including experience handling international customer calls and effective written communication.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.

A minimum of 1+ years of experience in International Call center operations (Australian English) is required. Order Management knowledge is preferred.
