Import Specialist

Renee Cosmetics is a leading Indian makeup brand that offers high-quality, cruelty-free, and FDA-approved innovative products.

We seek an experienced Import Specialist to lead end-to-end import operations for Finished Goods and Packaging Materials in Ahmadabad, India.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of import regulations, customs clearance, and documentation. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with overseas suppliers and government authorities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end import operations for Finished Goods and Packaging Materials.
  • Drive and oversee Finished Goods registration with regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with the Legal Metrology Act and other statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with customs agents and third-party service providers.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of import documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align import timelines with business needs.
  • Monitor and update management on changing import/export regulations.
  • Represent the company in international business meetings and vendor audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in import operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian customs laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can ensure seamless import operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing import operations and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
