We are seeking a seasoned International Business Development Manager to spearhead our global growth initiatives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue expansion.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, trade, or business development, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. They will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing competitor strategies, and developing comprehensive business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore new international business opportunities across B2B and B2C markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare business expansion strategies.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents for international clients.
- Support negotiations and contract discussions with global partners.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and international market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in international sales, export, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of global trade practices, documentation, and compliance is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
