As a seasoned business leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing the B2B business strategy for the Bangalore region. This role requires a strong understanding of regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to acquire enterprise and mid-market clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas.
  • Own and deliver revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Lead negotiations and close large-value deals with regional accounts.
  • Manage P&L for the Bangalore region ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
  • Oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5–12 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangalore market, with established local networks.
  • Proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience.
