We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our international team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
  • Deliver high-quality telephony and hardware support, including fault isolation and resolution.
  • Interface with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems.
  • Guide field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement.
  • Document internal processes and mentor other engineers.
  • Ensure accurate, timely ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience with GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting.
  • Experience with call processing and translations.
  • Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance.
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
