Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead telecom network audits in various locations across India and the Middle East. As a Senior Consultant/Deputy Manager, your role will involve conducting internal audits within telecommunications or networking environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits of telecom network elements to identify risks associated with operations and propose effective mitigation strategies and controls.
  • Analyze data to extract, process, and transform insights that inform audit outcomes and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of audit findings, observations, and recommendations for stakeholders and management.
  • Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in telecommunications, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in related field (Network Planning, Design or Operation), preferably in internal audit, Consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Industry.
  • Proven track record in conducting internal audits within telecommunications or networking environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate audit findings and prepare detailed reports.
Technical Expertise:
  • Strong technical understanding of Telecom Network technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G.
  • Hands-on experience with Transmission technologies (Microwave, FTTH, DWDM), and Core networks (Circuit-Switched and Packet-Switched).
  • Significant operational or engineering experience in a Network Operator or Service Provider environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office; experience with SQL is preferred.
