Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Voice Network Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing voice networks for large-scale enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and Maintain Voice Solutions: Provide level 3 support for Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions, including 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Network Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
  • MACD Creation: Be proficient in creating MACDs for Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Protocol Understanding: Have a comprehensive knowledge of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL processes.
  • Network Deployment: Be knowledgeable about Cisco Voice network deployment models and the functioning of voice network devices.
  • Performance Management: Familiarity with VOIP and Performance Management Tools, with experience integrating with other tools.
  • Telecom Infrastructure: Understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling.
  • Support Environment: Experience working in a 24/7 business support environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Third Party Providers: Ability to work with Third Party Providers and OEMs for incident resolution.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Perform advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities, including system design issues, upgrade plans, and technical documentation creation.
  • Service Delivery: Act as a point of contact for service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations.
