Job Title:

L3 UCCE and Release Management

About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires expertise in Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions, third-party call recording platforms, and ITIL process. The ideal candidate will have experience with Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support experience on Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions & 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
  • MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • Understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP, as well as ITIL process.
  • Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices functioning.
  • VOIP and Performance Management Tools knowledge and integration experience with other Tools.
  • Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signalling understanding.
  • 24/7 business support environment readiness.
  • Cisco Voice platform experience.
  • CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms work experience.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Third Party Providers coordination to resolve telecommunication problems & OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities, including system design issues, upgrade plans, technical product documentation creation, upgradation, and site coordination.
  • Service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations point of contact.
  • Team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  • Maintain and update Knowledge Base and documentation, and initiate process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (verbal and written), strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • UCCE or PCCE email and voice communication skills, teamwork, PowerPoint presentation/preparation, and Excel-related analytics.
