Senior Network Automation Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to spearhead our network automation strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Define and implement the global network automation strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and industry trends.
  • Transformation Delivery: Lead large-scale delivery programs with CSPs and OEMs, delivering measurable business impact through advanced automation and AI/ML solutions.
  • Innovation & Differentiation: Champion next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Executive Presence: Represent Infinite at global industry bodies, executive forums, and customer boardroom discussions, shaping industry perspectives on autonomous networks.
  • Team Leadership: Attract, mentor, and empower high-performing technical and delivery teams across geographies. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Expertise: Network automation, AI/ML-driven operations, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Transformation Experience: Track record of success leading global transformation programs for CSPs and OEMs, from vision to large-scale execution.
  • Executive Influence: Executive presence and influence with demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex global organizations.
  • Business Acumen: Business and commercial acumen with a strong ability to balance technology leadership with business growth outcomes.
