Exciting Opportunity for US IT Recruitment Leader at Savvysoft Technologies
Role Overview:
As a seasoned US IT Recruitment Leader, you will lead and develop a recruitment team, manage the recruitment process, and ensure successful talent acquisition in the Information Technology sector. Your expertise in Hiring and Account Management will drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a recruitment team to achieve high-quality talent acquisition.
- Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and quality of hire.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on recruitment performance.
Requirements:
Must have:
- At least 15 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in leading and developing a recruitment team, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring successful talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of the Information Technology industry, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
