Salesforce Project Manager

As a Salesforce project manager, you will oversee the implementation of Salesforce projects within the wealth management domain. This involves leading and managing teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions that drive user adoption and ensure successful project execution.

You will work closely with various teams including operations, compliance, and IT to deliver system integrations with wealth management platforms such as portfolio management, KYC/AML, document management, e-signature, core banking, and Fintech systems.

The role requires managing the full project lifecycle from RFP to deployment, defining project plans, sprints, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications along the way.

Key responsibilities include data migration, data quality initiatives, and compliance (KYC, AML, regulatory reporting) to drive results-driven dashboards and analytics tailored for relationship managers, advisors, and compliance officers.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.">
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.">
  • Proficiency in data migration, data quality initiatives, and compliance (KYC, AML, regulatory reporting).">
