Job Title: Salesforce QA Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA professional to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications. They will also perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including configuration and integration testing within Salesforce environments.
  • Validate workflows, triggers, validation rules, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and API integrations.
  • Test Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to resolve issues and implement effective solutions.

Required Skills:

  • At least 6 years of QA experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Salesforce testing.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration/customization, including setup and customization of key features.
  • Proficient in manual testing, with exposure to automation tools like Selenium and Provar.
  • Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman.
  • Knowledge of Apex testing frameworks and Lightning UI testing.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, HP ALM, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce Admin or QA certifications.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub).
  • Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
