Senior QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our quality engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Salesforce and nCino, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks for complex applications.

  • Design and implement robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with teams to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of nCino modules including loan origination, collateral, covenant tracking, deposit account opening, and workflow automation.
  • Validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in automation.
  • Support continuous testing and deployment pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks.
  • Experience in API testing.
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred/Good-to-Have
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • nCino certification.
  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to performance testing tools.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred but not required.
