**Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Lead**

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce technical expert to join our organization and lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale Service Cloud solutions.

  • Architecture & Solution Design
    • Create end-to-end architectures for large-scale Service Cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
    • Design data models, security frameworks, and integration architectures for complex business environments.
  • Administration & Governance
    • Oversight of critical administration areas such as roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, workflows, and automation tools.
    • Development of governance frameworks for configuration management, change management, and release management.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship
    • Serve as technical authority for Service Cloud initiatives, guiding developers, admins, and consultants.
    • Conduct design and architecture reviews to ensure solutions are maintainable, scalable, and secure.
  • Project Delivery & Execution
    • Lead large-scale Service Cloud implementations, including case management, knowledge management, omni-channel, CTI integrations, and service console.
    • Oversee complex integrations with ERP, telephony, middleware, and external applications.
  • Stakeholder & Client Advisory
    • Collaboration with business leaders to translate requirements into actionable technical strategies.
    • Provide trusted advisory services to clients and leadership on Service Cloud strategy and roadmap.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement
    • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce Service Cloud releases, AppExchange products, and industry innovations.
    • Promote adoption of automation, AI/Einstein features, and advanced architectural patterns.

**Requirements:**

  • 12-15 years of IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven expertise in architecting large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
  • Strong command of Service Cloud features: Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, CTI, and Service Console.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
