Overview of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions to maintain a secure and efficient environment.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and Process Builder to meet business requirements.
  • Perform data imports, updates, and ensure data quality using Data Loader or similar tools to maintain accurate information.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Automate business processes using Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot system functionality issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective solutions that meet business needs.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Loader or equivalent data management tools.
  • Proficient in building reports and dashboards.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
