Job Description:
">- Build and execute a strategic roadmap to drive business growth in the Modern Trade Channel.
- Develop and implement programs plans to enhance sales performance, expand product offerings, and improve customer relationships.
- Collaborate with key accounts to understand their needs, build pipelines, and close deals.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve volume and sales targets, identify key challenges and enablers, and optimize stock rotation.
- Utilize analytics to track sales trends, identify opportunities for growth, and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
">- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of modern trade channels, including local and regional markets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
