A leading luxury design firm is seeking a skilled Senior Project Architect to manage high-profile construction projects. This is an opportunity for a seasoned architect with expertise in project cycle management, luxury residential buildings, and hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, including 9 years of experience and a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputable college.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to create precise technical documents.
  • Proficiency in software such as Auto-CAD.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Coordination of services from various consultants and preparation of construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete project cycle management and high-quality design creation.
  • Structural coordination, MEP services, detailing drawings, and building codes knowledge.
  • Strong coordination skills with contractors and vendors.
  • Expertise with building structures and the entire project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in architecture.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputed college preferred.
  • Experience in luxury residential buildings and hospitality preferred.
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant team handling experience.
