Key Responsibilities:- Lead sales efforts and develop/maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Manage expenses within budget guidelines.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and drive conversations to inform them about new developments in our products.
- Develop quotes and proposals.
- Negotiate by phone, email, and in person. Must be comfortable with legal documents.
- Attend client meetings, committee meetings, and other events related to clients.
- Maintain effective, professional relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Administer operations in accordance with our standards and handle contract specifications and statutory regulations.
- Responsible for resourceful management of the unit, providing quality services and partner management.
- Ensure food services meet agreed standards and specifications.
- Economically utilize resources including utility, people, and technology.
- Analyze and help manage partners effectively.
- Communicate regularly with clients to stay updated on operational activities.
- Action plans completed following client satisfaction surveys and audits.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced according to client agreement and specifications.
- Complete manpower schedule within budget. Adjust labor schedule in line with sales.
- Ensure site adherence to safety standards.
- Experience in the food industry required.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability to be a self-starter and make independent decisions.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and willing to take on any tasks to support team efforts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge and experience of working with food, technology, and leverage people.
- Results, accountable, and hold others accountable.
- Proven experience in managing successful teams in a similar environment.
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate and knowledge of QHSE standards.
- Excellent financial and application acumen.
- Self-motivated, agile, and able to adapt to changing environments.
- Overall 5+ year's experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management discipline.
- Knowledge of local language mandatory.
