Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Human Resources Specialist, skilled in navigating the complexities of plant-level HR functions.


In this key role, you will oversee the entire Human Resources function for our Ambattur plant, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic planning. This is a high-impact position that requires an expert with strong analytical skills and experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

    Recruit and hire top talent for various plant-level roles, prioritizing blue-collar and white-collar positions


  • Employee Relations & Engagement:

    Maintain healthy industrial relations with contract workers and unions (if applicable)


  • Payroll & Compliance:

    Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, etc.)


  • HR Operations:

    Manage employee records, attendance, leave management, and prepare regular HR MIS reports


  • Performance & Training:

    Support performance management processes, identify training needs, and organize skill development sessions
