Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist Intern with an MBA in Human Resources to join our team at Nulogic, Chennai. This internship offers comprehensive exposure to HR operations, policies, and employee engagement, enabling interns to build a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team for hiring-related activities
  • Support in preparing onboarding documents.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist in leave and attendance tracking.
  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Drafting HR communications.
  • Assist in collecting and verifying employee documents.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
  • Help in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and feedback collection.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in drafting HR-related letters such as Offer Letter, NDA, Appointment Letter, Relieving Letter, and Experience Letter.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
