About Us:

T2 Innovations is a growing recruitment and staffing company, now expanding into HR solutions and AI-driven hiring. As we scale, we are looking for an HR Generalist to manage key HR operations and ensure a seamless employee experience.

Role Overview:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle activities, statutory compliance, payroll, and engagement initiatives. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to enhance employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding & New Joiner Coordination:

  2. Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding processes.

  3. Conduct inductions and orientation programs.

  4. Ensure smooth documentation and background verification.

  5. Timesheet Management:

  6. Monitor employee attendance and leave records.

  7. Ensure timely submission of timesheets and approvals.

  8. Assist in generating reports for payroll processing.

  9. Statutory Compliance:

  10. Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, and other labor laws.

  11. Maintain accurate employee records and filings.

  12. Stay updated with HR regulations and implement necessary changes.

  13. Employee Engagement:

  14. Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

  15. Address employee queries and concerns proactively.

  16. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

  17. Payroll & Compensation Handling:

  18. Collaborate with the finance team to process payroll accurately.

  19. Ensure statutory deductions and salary disbursement on time.

  20. Manage employee benefits and claims.

  21. HR Documentation & Record Keeping:

  22. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files.

  23. Track probation periods, confirmations, and exit formalities.

  24. Employer Branding & HR Initiatives:

  25. Strengthen the companys employer brand through social media and recruitment platforms.

  26. Implement best HR practices to attract and retain top talent.
  27. Work on internal communication and company culture initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
