What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Handle generalist activities: employee records, payroll coordination, leave management, policy adherence
  • Organize employee engagement activities and training programs
  • Partner with leadership on HR initiatives to support a high-growth environment
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year experience in recruitment with exposure to HR generalist tasks
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and adapt quickly
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week on-site at Anna Nagar
  • Passion for building teams and company culture
