This is a critical role within our organization, requiring an expert in HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the implementation/updating/modification process for all HR modules globally.
  • Drive digital adoption by working closely with business stakeholders and technology support teams to ensure successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of HR systems.
Job Requirements:

Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end HR implementation/updating/modification process for all modules globally.

Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors and consultants to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues.

System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize HR modules according to business needs and best practices.

Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems / Supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management, knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle, and familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within SuccessFactors environment.
